About 100 people attended the Black Lives Matter protest to end injustice and racism.

The Norwich school board Tuesday approved a new five-year contract with Norwich Free Academy, although the city board did not get all the changes it had requested.

The state Bond Commission Tuesday approved $7 million for the final cleanup of the 393-acre former Norwich Hospital property.

The following local students have made the dean’s/president’s list at their respective schools.

Kelly arrived on campus Tuesday and is meeting local leaders and getting ready for school to reopen in late August.
